2 strips bacon, cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 lb fresh scallops
1 can (10 3/4oz) potato soup
1 soup can milk
1 can (8 3/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 tsp season salt
2oz jalapeno cheese, cubed
1 tbsp pasley flakes
Sprinkle w/ paprika

Fry bacon. Add scallops and saute' in bacon grease. Add soup, milk, corn, seasoned salt and cheese. Cook over medium heat for 15 min., stirring occassionally. Serve topped with parsley and sprinkle w/ paprika.
