4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall canned milk
1/2 lb butter
12 oz. marshmallows
3 bags of 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, butter in sauce pan. Boil for 10 minutes. Pour mixture over marshmallows and chocolate chips. Stir constantly until entirely melted. Add nuts. Pour into greased pans. Cool and cut into small squares.
