12-15 c. very strong coffee (chocolate flavor is best)
1.5-2 lbs brown sugar
6 tbsp vanilla extract
1 bottle of everclear
optional. chocolate chips, nestle quick powder, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Bring coffee to a boil in a large pot. Gradually add the brown sugar. Let cool to room temperature. Add 1 cup of ice if you want to cool faster and place outside in the snow. Once completely cool add the vanilla and the everclear. You can use vodka but it wont be as tasty or strong. If you like the taste of amaretto add some almond extract.

I put the creation into the empty everclear/liquor bottle. Shake before serving.

White Russian: ice. Kahlua and a splash of cream or almond milk. If made with everclear, you wont need to add any vodka.
