"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Mix ingredients together and store in an air tight container in the freezer until use. I use a gallon sized zip lock bag. When I want to dust meats with flour I add 1 or 2 pieces to the bag, zip it shut and shake away. Remove the floured meats and add more to the bag until finished.

Personal Notes:
This is a basic seasoned flour mixture which can be used in everything from fried chicken to, chicken fried steak. It is the base for many dishes.

I realize this is very basic for some who are reading this but having said that this takes the mystery out of many dishes that some people are afraid to try making!
