2 cups lentils
½ pack flat noodles
½ gallon water
3 cloves garlic (sliced)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp dried mint (crushed)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the lentils first and then place them in a large pot with water. Cook until the lentils are almost tender.

Add the flat noodles, salt and mint. Let cook on medium heat until the noodles are soft, stir occasionally.

In a small pan, fry the sliced garlic in oil until golden brown. Pour the oil and the garlic over the lentils and pasta. Stir and put the heat on low and cook for 5 or so minutes. You can add water if needed. Taste and adjust salt level to you liking. Serve hot.
