1 lg can Sauerkraut.
1/2 c.water.
3 tsp sugar,
Hot Sauce (maybe)

Directions:
Brown meat. and place in crockpot. Pour kraut over them.. Water and sugar over kraut. Cook about 7 hours on low heat.
