FIG SPREAD:
9 oz. dried Mission figs, chopped
2 1/2 oz. hazelnuts, chopped
12 oz. apricot preserves

CHEESE AND FRUIT:
8 oz. Gouda cheese
8 oz. blue cheese
8 oz. Brie cheese
1 lb. fresh strawberries (24)
7 oz. dried apricots

72 whole wheat crackers
parsley sprigs to garnish tray

Directions:
Directions:
In a small serving bowl, mix fig spread ingredients until blended.

To Serve: Place cheeses on decorative platter; surrounded with strawberries, dried apricots and several varieties of sturdy wheat crackers. Garnish with parsley springs. Put fig spread in a small decorative bowl on the platter. Add small knives to slice cheeses; small spoon for the spread. Serve at room temperature.
