2 c. self rising flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
20 oz. can crushed pineapple & juice
1 can coconut
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with wooden spoon. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out of center clean at 350 degrees.
TOPPING:
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat all together and spread on cake when cool. Refrigerate.
