4 T butter
2 c sugar
8 T flour
juice and rind of 3 lemons (1/2-2/3 c)
6 egg yolks
3 cups sweet milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, and cream. Add lemon juice, mix well. In another bowl, beat 6 egg yolks, and add sweet milk. Add eggs and milk to butter mixture. In another bowl, beat whites. Add to mixture. Bake in a slow oven in a pan of water. 250º
