4 oz dry mustard
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped, or 1 tablespoon dried dill

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl blend together mustard, flour, salt, and sugar. Slowly whisk in vinegar until you have a smooth paste. Add dill. Put into clean jars with a tight fitting lid and let stand overnight, unrefrigerated. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Store in refrigerator.
