3 c sugar
3 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
1 lb butter
10 large eggs
watermelon preserves
1 1/2 oz bottle lemon flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well. Add flour and eggs alternately. Mix and beat for about 20 minutes. Add flavoring, nuts, and preserves (drained of juice). Bake in oiled and floured stem pan in moderate oven.
