6 EARS OF FRESH YELLOW CORN
6 6X6 PIECES OF ALUMINUM FOIL
6 PATS OF BUTTER
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
SEASON SALT
CHILI POWDER
1 CUP HELLMANNS MAYONNAISE
1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
JUICE OF 1 FRESH LIME
1 TSP. CHILI POWDER

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 400 DEGREES
PLACE EACH CORN ON THE COB ON A PIECE OF FOIL. PUT A PAT OF BUTTER AND DRIZZLE EACH COB WITH OLIVE OIL. ADD SOME SEASON SALT, PEPPER AND CHILI POWDER TO EACH COB. WRAP THE COB'S AND PLACE IN YOUR PREHEATED OVEN. IN A SMALL BOWL MIX YOUR MAYO, PARMESAN CHEESE AND FRESH LIME JUICE. MIX WELL.
ROAST YOUR CORN FOR 20 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN, OPEN THE FOIL TO EXPOSE THE COB AND SPREAD SOME OF THE MAYO CHEESE MIXTURE ON EACH HOT COB. SERVE HOT AND ENJOY. KEEP THE MIXTURE CLOSE SO SOME MORE CAN BE ADDED IF YOU WANT.
