1 lb. confectioner's sugar,
5 Tbs. meringue powder or 2 egg whites,
1/2 C water.

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine confectioner's sugar and meringue powder. On low speed, mix in water, drop by drop until desired consistency is reached.

Use thinner consistency for foundation icing. Use thicker consistency for embellishments and details.
