Ingredients:  
1 cup of butter or margarine (I use oleo )
1/2 cup of sugar
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of vanilla, and or other flavors

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl cream oleo.
Gradually add sugar until lite and fluffy.
Add vanilla and or other flavors.
Stir in flour.
Chill dough for several hours or overnight.
Use ungreased baking sheet.
Take a small amount of dough at a time press down
with hand, that is easier than using a rolling pin.
Cut with a glass or a cookie cutter.
Prick with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in a 300º oven for about 20 minutes,
do not over bake.
