Baguette (sourdough) or ciabatta
1/4 c. garlic olive oil
salt and pepper
parmesan (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 325
Slice baguette 1/4 to 1/2 in on diagonal.
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper.
Oven for 20 min until lightly browned.
Allow to cool.
If adding parmesan, add when half done.º

can use 8 T. butter at 375 degrees fot 10-12min or brush both sides with oil and cook at least 4 min per side
