One batch of Uncle David's Sauce (see recipe)
#10 can - very large can that you get at Sams or BJ's Mancini Peppers
3 lbs of Italian Sausage any flavor you like best or mix
Directions:
Directions:
Parboil the sausage in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove and cut sausage into bite size pieces. In a large roasting pan add Sausage & Mancini Peppers, cover with Uncle David's Sauce and bake in oven at 350º for 1/2 - 3/4 hour until hot.
