1 BOX GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS

FILLING:
2 STICKS OLEO
1 1/4 CUPS SUGAR
1 EGG
1/2 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1 CUP PECAN, CHOPPED
1 1/2 CUPS COCONUT
2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS

ICING:
1 1 /2 STICK OLEO
1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR
4 TBSP EVAPORATED MILK
1 TSP VANILLA
MIX ALL TOGETHER

ON A LARGE COOKIE SHEET, PLACE GRAHAM CRACKERS ALL GOING THE SAME WAY. PREPARE FILLING BY MELTING OLEO, MIX IN SUGAR, EGG AND MILK. BRING TO A BOIL. TAKE OFF HEAT AND ADD COCONUT, NUTS AND GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS. MIX ALL TOGETHER AND SPREAD ON TOP OF CRACKERS. ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF GRAHAM CRACKERS (SAME WAY AS THE FIRST LAYER). SPREAD ICING ON TOP AND REFRIGERATE. CUT INTO SQUARES.

TERRY LOVES THESE THINGS! WAY TOO SWEET FOR ME. YOU CAN GET GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS IN THE BAKING SECTION OF THE GROCERY STORE. BEATS HAVING TO CRUMBLE THEM YOURSELF AND THEY'RE FINER, TOO.
