Ingredients:
2 c. creamed corn
2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. sesame oil

Directions:
Just put it in a pan and heat it up. It doesn't matter if the broth and creamed corn are canned or homemade, they just need to be in equal amounts and seasoned with sesame oil. This is delicious, elegant, and very easy to make.

A grind of pepper and a little chopped onion make for a tasty garnish. You can also vary this by adding a little left over chicken meat, or adding a lot of pepper and a spoon of vinegar to make it a little "hot and sour."
