Green Onions, bunch
Dry White Wine, 1/4 c.
Trout or Red Snapper Fillets, 8 medium
Butter, 4 Tsp.
Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Chop the green onion springs. Place all ingredients in a 9x13 glass baking pan. Cook in the oven at 350º for about 10-15 minutes turning once.
