1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. cooked pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix everything together, except the nuts and raisins, in a large bowl. Add the nuts and raisins, and mix until blended. Take a tsp. and drop rounded spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Leave about three inches between spoonfuls so cookies can spread out. Bake at 400 degrees about 12 to 15 minutes.
