Millionaire Pie Recipe

1 stick butter
2 C powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/2 t unflavored gelatin
1 small can crushed pineapple

Top:
1 C whipping cream
1/2 t unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 T powdered sugar
1/4 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, eggs, powdered sugar, gelatin, vanilla on high for 10 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.

Beat whipping cream, gelatin and powdered sugar until stiff. Add pecans.

Top mixture in pie shell with drained, crushed pineapple. Top with whipping cream mixture.
