1 pkg yeast
1 C cottage cheese
1 T oleo
2 t salt
1 T minced onion
1 egg
2 1/2-3 C flour
1/4 C lukewarm water
2 T sugar
2 t dillseed
1/4 t baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and lukewarm water together, set aside. Combine cottage cheese, oleo, onion, sugar. Combine with yeast. Add dill, salt, soda, egg. Stiffen with flour. Let rise until double in size. Turn into small loaves. Let rise until high. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. When baked brush with oleo. Freezes well.

Secret: cottage cheese can be just a little old. Sour tasting makes bread yummy.
