Crust:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Layers:
1 pkg cream cheese
2 pkg whipped topping
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pkg chocolate pudding
1 pkg vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
chocolate bar - grated (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven t 350
Mix ingredients for crust until well blended, press into bottom of 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 20 mins. Cool completely.

In a med size bowl, mix 1 pkg of whipped topping, cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Spread over crust.
Prepare chocolate pudding per directions on box for pie filling. Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the same for the vanilla pudding. Pour over chocolate pudding.
Spread last carton of hipped topping over the vanilla pudding.
Sprinkle grated chocolate bar over top.

Best served after it has chilled in the refrigerator several hours.
