6 pork chops
1 1/2 C sliced apples
2 T flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2/3 C boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat frying pan and brown chops on one side. Place browned sides down in a shallow baking pan. Mix apples, flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon. Spread on chops. Add water and bake in 350 oven. Baste frequently. Cover pan with foil about 15 minutes before chops are done.
