1 pound flour
3 medium or large sized eggs

1 cup strawberry jelly

1 cookie tray (or as many as you need)
1 wooden roller

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour, eggs, sugar, shortening, and milk with your hands. Make sure it's not sticky, it will look dry after mixing and cool. After mixing the ingredients, flatten out on flat surface with wooden roller. Use cup to shape circles. After making circles remove any leftover pieces that aren't circles. Add strawberry jelly tablespoon size to the middle of circle. Fold like a taco so the jelly will be inside. Decorate the edges of Empanada. Put in oven and wait 10min. or until golden-brown crispy looking. Take out of oven and let cool for 10 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!
