1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water

Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix liquids together in small bowl and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into greased 8" x 8" pan and bake at 375º for about 18 minutes. Test with toothpick in middle to make sure it has baked long enough.

Can be doubled for a 9 x 13 pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts before baking and you have instant frosting.
