1 loaf French bread
8 eggs
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
dash of salt
Praline Topping
2 sticks soft butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into 20 one inch slices. Arrange in generously buttered 9 x 13 baking dish. Arrange in 2 rows with slices overlapping. In large bowl combine eggs, half & half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Beat until blended but not bubbly. Pour mixture over bread slices evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine topping ingredients and blend well. Spread topping over bread. Bake uncovered until golden brown. About 45 minutes. Serve warm with maple syrup. Enjoy!!!
