1 package dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup very warm water
1 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 - 5 cups flour
pinch of salt

Mix together. Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic. Let Raise. Then form however you want. Dough can be used for pizza, pepperoni rolls, bread sticks, fried dough or loaf of bread.
