3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
Dash of salt
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 jar pimientos finely cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat cook egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, salt and butter until thick.beat cooked mixture into the cream cheese. Add veggies and chill.
