1 quart White Vinegar
1 quart water
3 cups sugar
1 basket Hungarian hot peppers
sauerkraut drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops off peppers and seed. Stuff peppers with sauerkraut. Put in jars. Mix vinegar, sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Pour brine to top leaving 1/2 inch space at top. Add 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil. Process 25 - 30 in hot water bath
