2 pounds hash brown potatoes thawed
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter melted
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hash browns, sour cream, cheese, onion, soup and salt and pepper together and put in a casserole. Top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
