3 tablespoons Butter
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup catsup
5 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 pounds chipped ham
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in butter till tender. Add catsup, vinegar, sugar, water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add ham. Stir to coat well. Serve on buns or hard rolls.
