1 chicken
1 bag flour tortillas
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 large onion
Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken without skin and debone. Heat Ro-Tel tomatoes, soups and onion. Put a little sauce in casserole dish. Cover bottom with flour tortillas (torn up). Alternate with layers of chicken, soup sauce, cheese and tortillas. You should end up with tortillas on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
