1 can salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers and onion0

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon. Reserve liquid; flake. Add milk to reserved liquid to equal 1/2 cup. Combine liquid with egg and lemon juice. Combine baking mix and seasoned salt. Add liquid to mixture. Stir, then add salmon and vegetables. Drop batter by spoonsful in deep hot oil (about 375 degrees), about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with white gravy.
