4 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 c. coconut
1-10 oz. jar cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and lightly flour cookie sheets.
In medium bowl, beat egg white until stiff.
Add sugar, flour, salt & extract, blend well. Stir in coconut. Drop dough by scant tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Top with cherry half.
Bake 13-17 mins until lightly browned.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
