1 qt. cabbage, chopped fine
1 qt. tomatoes, chopped fine
2 onions, chopped fine
4 sweet peppers, chopped fine
1 hot peppers, chopped fine
1 1/2 pt. vinegar
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed

Let the vegetables ( first 5 ingredients) drain for 2 hours, then mix remaining ingredients. Boil this mixture for 5 minutes. Add chopped vegetables and boil for 35 to 40 minutes. Put in dry and clean jars. Seal and turn up-side down.
