1 lb Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1/2 c flour
2 qts milk
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in about 2 T oil over medium-high heat. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Slowly pour in the milk and spices, bring back to a bowl, still stirring constantly. Lower the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over biscuits or toast.
