1 16oz. Package Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 c. Chopped Onion
1 14oz. Can Chicken Broth
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, combine potatoes, onion and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer. Stir in broth, soups and milk, heat thoroughly. If you like garnish with cheese and/or diced cooked ham.
