1 graham cracker crust
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. or more fresh strawberries, cut up
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar by hand. Do not over mix or it becomes too thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Place 1/2 of strawberries on top of graham cracker crust. Pour in cream mixture. Top with the rest of the strawberries. Top with Cool Whip if wanted. Let stand in ice box for 1 hour before serving.
