1 7oz. jar marshmallow cream
2 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c sugar
2 tbsp. water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, egg whites & water in top of double boiler; beat until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow cream and beat until peaks form again. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat. Cool, stirring occasionally before frosting cake.
