Enough pastry dough for two 9" pans
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. rhubarb, diced
1 pt. strawberries, hulled
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roll a little over half of the pastry 1/8" thick. Line a 9" pie pan. Mix sugar, flour, and salt. Sprinkle a small amount in the lined pan. Combine the rest of the flour mixture with rhubarb and strawberries. Put into pie pan and dot with butter. Roll the remaining dough 1/8" thick/ Put on pie, trim edges and flute. Cut a few slits for steam to escape. Bake in a 425º over for 40 to 50 minutes.
