1 lb. Salmon Fillet
1/4 c. Teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. honey

Roasted Veggies – Preheat oven to 400 degrees and use any or all of the following: Cauliflower, Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, Mushrooms & Asparagus (or veggies of choice). Place cut up veggies on a cookie sheet. Toss with 1 T. olive oil or olive oil spray. Add seasonings such as garlic, salt & pepper. Cook about 20 minutes or until tender.

Salmon – Mix together teriyaki sauce and honey. Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on greased baking sheet. Grill or Broil over med- high heat until done. Just before the salmon is done, drizzle honey teriyaki sauce over top. Place salmon fillet over a bed of spinach and serve with roasted veggies on the side.
