4 Duck Breast
Bacon
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Hot Sauce
Garlic powder
salt and pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
At least one day before serving, cut duck breast into finger size strips, approximately 3/4 inches wide. Liberally cover with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients, with 2 parts olive oil to 1 part Worcestershire and soy sauce, each. Salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cut raw bacon strips in half. Wrap bacon around the strips of duck, securing with a toothpick. Place in flat glass 9X13 inch casserole dish. Pour Durango sauce over strips, covering completely. Marinate in refrigerator for up 2 days, turning several times.

Bank charcoal and allow to glow red hot. Spread coals. Place duck pieces on grill, turning with LONG handled tongs. (They will flame up and that's good!) Cook approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Do NOT overcook. Remove to plate and serve immediately.
