2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 beaten eggs
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 C. butter, melted
1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the broccoli. Combine eggs, onion, soup and mayonnaise. Place a layer of broccoli in the bottom of a 3 -qt. casserole. Add a layer of cheese. Pour a small amount of the soup mixture on top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up. Combine the stuffing mix with the melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
