1/2 ONION, CHOPPED
1 PKG TACO SEASONING
6 LG FLOUR TORTILLAS
1 CAN REFRIED BEANS
2-3 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
4 OZ SOUR CREAM
JARRED HOT SAUCE IF YOU WANT TO SPICE IT UP
HOT SAUCE

BROWN MEAT AND ONION. DRAIN. ADD TACO SEASONING AND REFRIED BEANS. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, MIX SOUP AND SOUR CREAM AND SPREAD 1/2 OF THE SOUP/SOUR CREAM MIXTURE ONTO BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE DISH. TEAR UP 3 TORTILLAS AND SPREAD OVER SOUR CREAM MIXTURE. LAYER 1/2 MEAT MIXTURE OVER THIS. ADD LAYER OF CHEESE. YOU COULD PUT THE HOT SAUCE ON THIS NOW. REPEAT LAYERS. SPRINKLE CHEESE OVER TE TOP AND BAKE, UNCOVERED AT 350º FOR 20-30 MINUTES.
