2 1/4 cups bisquick
2/3 cups milk
1 package string cheese (mozzarella is the best!)
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can pizza sauce (heated)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450º.

2. Stir bisquick and milk until soft dough forms; beat 30 seconds with a spoon.

3. place dough on a flat surface sprinkled with bisquick. Gently roll in the bisquick to coat the dough. Shape into a ball and knead 10 times.

4. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut into eight 6X2 inch rectangles.

5. Roll each rectangle around 1 piece of cheese, and pinch the edge to enclose cheese sticks. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

6. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.

7. Mix butter and garlic powder

8. Brush the butter and garlic powder mixture over the cheese sticks before removing them from the cookie sheet.

9. serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
