3 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 12oz beer
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Butter a loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine mix and beer. Mix well. The mixture will be sticky. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 min. At the last 3 minutes of baking, remove from oven and brush top of loaf with the melted butter. Return to oven for 3 minutes
