2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup apricot nectar
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup finely diced dried apricots soaked in 2 tablespoons hot water
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda into large bowl. Mix eggs, buttermilk, nectar and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients and mix. Add apricots and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 - 70 minutes or until tests done.
