1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups lemonade
1 3 - 3 1/4 oz package vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
1 8 1/4 oz can crushed pineapple drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup lemonade. In medium saucepan combine remaining lemonade, pudding mix and softened gelatin. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Chill until partially set. Whip cream. Fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in oranges, pineapple and cherries. Chill until mixture mounds. Turn into 4 cup mold if desired. Chill 4 - 5 hours or overnight. Unmold and decorate with additional fruit if desired.
