2 or 4 Pork Loin chops
2 Large Potatoes (4 large red potatoes) sliced not peeled.
1 Sweet Yellow Onion sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of milk
oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, sautee sliced onions in 2tbsp of oil. Remove onions set aside. Add 2tbsp more of oil, season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Brown pork chops on both sides and leave in skillet. Add onions and sliced potatoes. Open can of cream of mushroom soup and mix with milk in a bowl and pour over pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. If your skillet allows you can also put it in a 325º oven for 30 minutes also.
